Chris Grimes

Managing Broker

Alaska born, Atlanta raised, and a lover of Nashville, I was born the eldest of four children...and growing up in a house with three strong-willed siblings, I developed a tendency to lead, to negotiate, and to extend grace.

In 2003, I attended Barney Fletcher's Real Estate School in Atlanta, Georgia and embarked on my own path in the real estate industry. My great-grandfather and my grandfather both enjoyed success in real estate investments, so when my mom and I started our careers in real estate in 2003, we felt we could also do well. In 2014, I accepted Larry Lipman's invitation to join his firm. While working under Larry's leadership, I found myself studying under a consummate professional who exemplifies grace and tact - treating every client with the utmost respect. I am excited to be working in Nashville's only RE/MAX Collection office: RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group.

When I'm not working or tending to my spouse's and my farmette - home to our fruit grove, 23 chickens, 4 cats and 3 dogs - I enjoy investing time in organizations that help better the community such as Greater Nashville Realtors and Nashville's Antiques & Garden Show.

Stephanie Kelley

Director of Marketing and Operations

With over 12 years of marketing experience in luxury real estate, others refer to Stephanie as a marketing guru. A graduate of Ole Miss, Stephanie began her luxury real estate marketing career in the booming Atlanta market before relocating to Nashville. With 10 years at RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Stephanie has dedicated her career to providing high-level marketing services to our agents while upholding our sophisticated brand through detailed marketing plans. Others describe her as professional, relatable and knowledgeable. As part of the leadership team, she strives to uphold our office core values of sophistication, integrity, and abundance in all she does. Always available and willing to help, Stephanie is a valuable resource to all of our agents as they create marketing plans for themselves and their listings. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and traveling as much as possible.

Hannah Butler

Marketing Manager

A graduate of the Lacy School of Business at Butler University, Hannah Butler brings her top-notch marketing education and past experiences in real estate sales to her creative role as Marketing Manager. Hannah found her passion for the real estate industry during a college internship and never looked back. Starting in the role of Administrative Director, Hannah was promoted to the role of Marketing Manager, where she thrives due to her attention to detail, service oriented approach and creative skill set. She enjoys supporting our agents with their marketing needs by creating innovative, customized pieces, which sets our office, agents and listings above the rest. In her free time, Hannah enjoys tackling home improvement projects, blogging, walking one of Nashville’s outdoor trails with her husband and two pups, or getting coffee at local coffee shops.

Alexa Lipman

Office Assistant

Alexa, a Nashville native, has been around the real estate industry for most of her life. Alexa is a second-generation REALTOR® in addition to assisting with marketing in the office. With a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University in Communication Studies, Alexa is no stranger to building relationships and connecting the dots. Previously, she has worked in private red-carpet events, marketing and social media in Los Angeles, California. She also has a creative background of modeling, acting and wardrobe styling, as well as other areas of the entertainment industry. Her keen attention to detail and creative eye help her in her position as Marketing Assistant and as a REALTOR® , helping her clients envision design possibilities, recognize opportunities or find their absolute dream home.

Kendra Nitz

Finance Coordinator

Born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Kendra relocated to Nashville in 2016 and began a career in communications. She attended Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee where she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Public Relations. During her time at Lee University, she worked in the admissions office as a student ambassador, co-anchored and produced Lee Update – Lee’s weekly news show, and volunteered with local non-profit, Project Free2Fly. Starting in the role of Administrative DIrector, Kendra was promoted to Finance Coordinator where she thrives due to her organization skills and her ability to implement efficient and effective processes and systems. Others describe Kendra as responsible, upbeat and fun-loving. Kendra enjoys attending TPAC shows, trying new restaurants in Nashville, playing with her puppy Mac, and spending time with her husband.

Administrative Assistant

Steph is a Grant, Alabama native who relocated to Nashville 3 years ago to pursue her professional career. A graduate of Faulkner University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling Psychology, Steph brings her exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to her role as First Impressions & Administrative Director. Steph has varied interests, but is passionate about service and advocacy. After graduation she briefly worked in the legal field where she further fueled her passions and enjoyed serving her Nashville community. In her spare time, Steph enjoys exploring Nashville, being involved in the creative arts, and spending time with her family and friends.
